To fix a problem, it must be defined. OFF is the state of symptoms experienced by people with Parkinson’s disease.

“OFF” episodes in Parkinson’s disease are more than clinical fluctuations. They’re disruptive, deeply personal interruptions that can impact movement, independence, and confidence without warning. From a creative, the challenge was to make these invisible moments visible by equipping HCPs with tools that clearly communicate the frequency, variability, and real-life burden their patients face, while also empowering patients to recognize and articulate their own experiences. Through educational campaigns, visual storytelling, and self-assessment frameworks, the work translated complex symptom patterns into accessible, relatable cues—helping bridge the gap between what patients feel and what providers can diagnose, discuss, and treat.
